Delete a calendar event

Removes the row. Attendees are not told: to withdraw an invitation you sent, PATCH status to cancelled and call invite (which then sends a CANCEL) before deleting. Emits calendar.event.cancelled unless the event was already cancelled. SDK: calendar.delete.
