Roadmap backlog cache status (deprecated compatibility alias)

Deprecated compatibility alias for GET /api/v1/roadmap/backlog-meta — same resource, same response shape. Kept live indefinitely (no scheduled Sunset) for any caller outside this repo that already depends on this exact path; new integrations should use the versioned path.

Unix epoch milliseconds of the last successful backlog refresh, or null if the cache has never been populated.
