CT0 Flash anonyme : upload public sans compte, plafonné à 1 000 lignes. Réutilise le pipeline flash existant (GET /schema/flash/{upload_id}). Réponse identique à /schema/upload?produit=ct0 (+ nb_lignes), ou {"limit_exceeded": true} si le fichier dépasse le plafond.
