Retourne les 5 derniers rapports par code CT pour le client connecté. Format : liste plate avec ct_code, date+heure, nom — max 20 entrées (5 × 4 CT). Les rapports sans ct_code (anciens) sont retournés dans un groupe séparé (max 5).
