Mortgage Lending Summary

Home loan applications that US mortgage lenders report each year, from official public data, for one area and year since 2018: applications, loans made, approved but not taken, denied, withdrawn and incomplete, approval and denial rates, the amount lent, the median loan and median borrower income, the average interest rate, the number of lenders, the split by loan purpose, loan type and occupancy, the reasons for denials, the trend by year and the top lenders. Counts only: no single loan or applicant.

The answer is {area, filters, as_of, totals, by_purpose, by_loan_type, by_occupancy, denial_reasons, trend, top_lenders, other_lenders, about}. Before the first load it says "Data is being prepared".
