Medicare services billed by doctors, other clinicians and organizations: one row per provider (NPI), year, procedure code and place of service (facility or office), with services, patients, the average submitted charge, allowed amount and Medicare payment, from official US government data. The newest 3 data years are kept.
npi= or code= is required. The answer is {total, limit, offset, sort, order, year, rows, about, as_of}.
