Query parameters
Return only rounds whose company we resolved — the ones carrying a domain, industry, country and description. Rounds we could not place still ship by default, because for some markets we are the only source that reports them at all; this is how a caller who needs enriched records asks for just those.
Opaque pagination cursor returned as pagination.nextCursor.
Return events announced on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). ISO-8601 timestamps are also accepted.
Return events announced on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive). ISO-8601 timestamps are also accepted.
Maximum records to return.
Funding round filters. Repeat the query key for multiple values.
[ "seed", "series-a" ]
Minimum funding amount in USD.
Maximum funding amount in USD.
NAICS 2022 code for the company. Matches the code and everything beneath it, so "51" also returns 5132 and 5173. Any 2- to 6-digit NAICS code is accepted; codes deeper than we classify (e.g. 541511) match at their deepest classified parent (5415). Sector ranges work: "31-33" returns all manufacturing. Pass "unknown" for companies we could not classify.
Headquarters country codes (OR). Repeat the query key for multiple values. Use unknown to match companies with no country on file.
[ "US", "GB" ]
Company industry groups (OR). Repeat the query key for multiple values. Values are the LinkedIn industry labels listed here, matched case-insensitively; older LinkedIn names (e.g. Computer Software) and common short forms (e.g. software) map to the current label. Use unknown to match companies with no industry on file.
[ "Software Development", "Financial Services" ]
Company verticals (OR). High-level sector buckets. Repeat the key for multiple values; free-text like "artificial intelligence" is canonicalised. Pass "unknown" to include companies we have not tagged with a vertical.
[ "ai", "fintech" ]
Company employee-count buckets (OR).
[ "11-50", "51-200" ]
Return only events for this entity-resolved company id.
Return only events for the company at this domain. Matches the company's primary domain or any domain it has redirected from; a full URL is accepted and reduced to its domain. An unknown domain returns an empty page.
Also return pagination.total, the number of records matching these filters across all pages. Costs no credits; adds a count query, so ask for it when you need the list size.
Response
Request accepted. The number of records returned may be lower than limit when credits or data run out.
