List GitHub cloud authentication persona mappings

List all GitHub cloud authentication persona mappings. This endpoint retrieves all configured persona mappings that associate GitHub Actions OpenID Connect (OIDC) principals with Datadog users. Mapped principals can request impersonation tokens.
