Customer External ID for the AWS role trust policy

Backs the read-only External ID field in the creation form: the FE fetches this url and prefills the single row's value into the field (same contract as the NetSuite SuiteQL field). customerId is injected server-side from the session, so the value is available before the authorizer exists.
