A workflow is a trigger, a set of conditions and the actions that follow, running at one of three trust levels: auto acts, review asks first, notify acts and tells you. guardrails is what the workflow may never exceed whatever its tier says: a spend cap, quiet hours, a run ceiling per record. Spend caps are integer cents. Both hoursSaved fields are deprecated: no record backs the estimate, nothing on screen reads it, and v2 drops it.
