One jurisdiction pack, and what in it is unconfirmed

The rules Dardaris reads a building against: deposit, indexation, registration, notice, certificates, service charges, arrears, short stay. Every figure carries whether it was verified, and unverified lists the ones that were not so a caller never has to walk the pack to find them.
