Record a movement on an account by hand

For money that moved where no statement or bank will say so. The movement is marked as typed in, is never placed against a notice on its own, and can be deleted again. A balanceAfter is recorded as a verified balance; otherwise the balance is worked out from the movements around it. possibleDuplicateOf names a movement already on the account that reads the same, which is a warning and not a refusal.
