Kinds of transcribed session, per country

Every origin value in use, per country, with how many transcripts carry it. Use it to discover valid origin filters before calling list_transcripts — the vocabulary differs by country (Mañanera in México, Plenário in Brasil, Plenaria in Colombia), so a guessed value returns an empty list that reads like an absence of sessions.
