Bills you follow

The bills you marked as followed in the Dapper platform, newest follow first. Same row shape as GET /v1/bills — title, authors, latest_state, dapper_url — plus followed_at and notify.

This reads your watchlist; PUT/DELETE /v1/bills/{bill_id}/follow change it. meta.total is the full count; meta.unresolved_follows, when present, is how many of your follows point at a bill that no longer exists (17% of all follows platform-wide, all of them from before 2026 — re-ingestion replaced the record under them).
