One explainer, with its body
The full explainer: what the thing is, how it works and who regulates it, as Dapper's editorial team wrote it. body_text is the readable body — the raw editor HTML is not sent over MCP, same rule as news items, because it is hundreds of bytes of <p style=...> before the first word.
Cite it as Dapper's own explainer rather than as a primary source: it is curated, not scraped from an official gazette.
