Top movers (gainers/losers/most-active)

Raw ranked gainers/losers/most-active constituents of an index for one completed EOD session, sorted by a caller-chosen mechanical field (day % change, absolute price change, traded value, or traded volume). Distinct from the index heatmap (/indices/{index}/heatmap), which is deliberately NOT sortable by return and always sorts by market cap instead (issue #85).

Ranking field: pct_change, change, turnover, or volume.

'desc' (top gainers/most-active) or 'asc' (top losers).

Max rows to return (1..100).

Success (or success-with-empty when nothing is cached).
