Download step logs as ZIP of a sub DAG-run

Downloads stdout and stderr for the steps and lifecycle handlers of this sub DAG-run only. Logs from nested DAG-runs are not included. Returns a streaming ZIP archive with no size limit. Each available log is stored as <index>-<step-name>/stdout.log or stderr.log, in run order. Missing files are skipped. Each file includes only the bytes present when it is opened; subsequent log growth is excluded.
