Send a message to a test conversation and get the agent's reply.

Runs one turn and returns the agent's replies, the conversation's step, any simulatedActions, and surface: what the visitor sees beyond the reply text. On the website that is the panel beside the chat (Next Steps choice buttons, the form's fields and submit label); on WhatsApp it is only the links and images sent, since WhatsApp shows nothing else. Send an Idempotency-Key header so a retry never runs the agent twice: a retried key replays the stored reply, and if the first attempt's outcome is unknown you get 409 turn_outcome_unknown. Optional expectedTurnCount rejects a turn that raced another one (409 turn_count_mismatch). Only one turn runs at a time per conversation (409 turn_in_progress). Other errors: 402 billing_paused, 403 dashboard_test_conversation, 409 conversation_manual, 410 conversation_expired, 422 turn_limit_reached, 429 rate_limited (30 turns/minute per key), 503 turn_store_unavailable. A conversation is charged once, at your normal per-conversation rate, when the agent sends its first successful reply to a message sent with an API key or MCP. Creating a conversation without a message costs nothing. Test conversations expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, so each test conversation is charged at most once. Messages sent from the Cysora dashboard are never charged. Test conversations are marked test and never reach your sales pipeline: signups, bookings, payments, and emails are simulated and reported back as simulatedActions.
