Grade listing quality

Categorical quality grade (excellent/good/fair/weak) plus up to two strengths and two improvement flags, and a market price verdict (below_market/fair/above_market). The numeric score, the % price delta and the AI-suggested price are deliberately NOT returned — only the categorical verdict — to protect the grading rubric and valuation model. No authentication required.
