Stop the active hackbrowser run for a session

Cancels an in-flight hackbrowser crawl. The agent finishes the current page's pending tasks (graceful exit), closes the browser, and transitions HackbrowserStatus to completed with whatever was captured so far. Returns false when no hackbrowser run is active for this session.
