Delete a post item

Cancels a single pending, rendering or failed item so it never publishes. A rendering item also aborts its render job when no other item still needs it. An item already completed is deleted from the destination network first, and only on networks that allow it. The network's refusal comes back as a 400 and nothing changes here. An item in publishing cannot be cancelled: the media is already on its way.

Cancelled items stop appearing in listings, and CutPro keeps the record. When nothing of the parent post is left, post_deleted: true is returned.
