Get a WhatsApp template's Meta status

Returns a WhatsApp template's Meta approval status. After you submit a template, call this endpoint periodically to find out when Meta approves or rejects it.

If you haven't submitted the template, the response has submitted set to false and no other fields. Unlike the status on Get a WhatsApp template, this endpoint returns an error when Customer.io can't look up the status, so an empty response always means you haven't submitted the template.

Meta's ID for the template you submitted most recently.

The category Meta holds the template under.

status'PENDING' | 'APPROVED' | 'REJECTED' | 'PAUSED'

The template's Meta status. APPROVED means you can send the template. If Meta returns REJECTED, you can edit the template and submit it again.

status_reasonstring

Meta's reason for the current status, when Meta gives one.

rejection_infostring

Meta's explanation of why it rejected the template.

last_submitted_atinteger

When you last submitted the template, as a Unix timestamp in seconds.
