What is happening to these subjects in workflow

The newest run for each of up to 100 documents, mail messages or expense reports (note spese) — its status and which flow it followed, nothing more. Built for another module to say "out for approval" on its own rows; the full run (who decided what) needs workflow_get_instance and workflow:manage instead.
