What this deployment can seal

Read before preparing an envelope with files that are not PDF: cades false means a CAdES envelope cannot be sent here (POST /envelopes with send: true, and POST /{id}/send, answer 503 FIRME_SIGNING_UNAVAILABLE). PDF-only envelopes in PAdES are not affected.
