List seats

List the workspace's seats: each seat_id, whether an account occupies it, and that account_id. Pass an unoccupied seat_id to POST /v1/auth/intent to connect a new account. Every unoccupied seat listed is a valid connect target. Not paginated.

Response

Every live seat in the workspace with its occupancy. Empty list when the workspace has no seats.
