Start a browser voice test

Start a browser voice test of a published phone agent. The response includes a web run and a short-lived room token; replaying the key rejoins the live test with a fresh token.

Send {agent_id, version}. Join the returned LiveKit URL with the participant token within five minutes. No carrier trunk or number is needed; run admission must be open.
