List My Skills

List all skills owned by the current user (personal + project + linked).

By default includes inactive skills (for management). Pass include_inactive=false for agent use. Excludes verified/official skills as those belong to the marketplace.

When folder_id is specified, returns skills that are either:

  • Owned by that folder (folder_id = specified folder)
  • Linked to that folder via skill_folders junction table
