Alias for GET /api/public/analysts/top. Returns the single analyst with the highest win rate among those with at least 5 resolved signals, plus their last 3 recent signals. MCP agents should use /api/public/analysts/top (the canonical tool-exposed URL); direct HTTP clients may use either path. Returns { analyst: null, updatedAt } when no analyst yet qualifies. winRate is a fraction (0–1); avgReturn is percentage points. Cached ~10min.
