Get Signum Rgg Symbol

Per-asset SIGNUM_RGG detail with the last 60 days of color history.

history is the completed-bar colour per day (same contract as the list route). intraday_history (the per-bar 1h series) is only populated with ?intraday=true — it costs a live candle pull, memoised per symbol for 30 minutes; without the flag the response is served entirely from the hourly cache. h4_history (the per-bar 4h series on the UTC grid of /hyperliquid/candles?interval=4h, completed bars only) is populated with ?h4=true from the same memoised pull.

An exact Hyperliquid universe name (kPEPE) resolves to the HL perp row; the plain ticker (PEPE) resolves to the plain-ticker row, and kBONK-style names fall back to the plain symbol when no HL row exists.
