Get L2 Book

L2 order book snapshot.

ts (ms) is Hyperliquid's own timestamp for the book snapshot (from the l2Book payload's time field) — null only if HL omitted it. The collector dedupes identical requests for 3s, so two calls inside that window return the same ts.

HL coin name (default BTC)

symbolstring nullable

Alias for coin (the rest of the API says symbol). Send one or the other.
