Request body

provider_idstring

LinkedIn provider_id of the recipient. Provide this OR chat_id to start a new conversation.

textstring

The message text to send (max 8000 chars). Optional when voice_note_url is provided.

voice_note_urlstring

Public URL of an audio file to send as a native LinkedIn voice note (.m4a, .mp3, .ogg, .wav, max 5MB). When provided, text is optional. The audio renders as a playable waveform in the recipient's inbox, not a file download.

campaign_idstring

Campaign slug (from list_campaigns) to track this action under.
