List geographic layers

Retrieve a list of geographic layers available to the authenticated user. Layers are collections of related locations organized for mapping, analysis, or administrative purposes.

Access Control:

  • Public layers: Available to all authenticated users
  • Shared layers: Available to specified organizations
  • Organization layers: Available to creator and affiliates

Use Cases:
