Update a phone number

Update what the AI does on inbound calls (inbound_objective), pause/resume the number (status), or set where calls reach a person, without releasing the number. forward_to is a phone number in the same country as this one (E.164). With call_routing: agent (default) the AI answers and transfers callers who ask for a person to forward_to; with call_routing: forward every call rings forward_to directly, and the caller can leave a voicemail if it does not connect. Forwarded minutes use credits.
