Download a report PDF from an expiring link (no API key)
Serves the PDF behind a pdf_url returned by the report and background-check endpoints. The token is HMAC-signed and expires (default 24h); ownership is re-verified against the minting tenant at download time. Safe to paste into a chat or a slide deck for the link's lifetime. 410 when expired.
