List current user's API keys

Lists the signed-in user's API keys in masked form. Each item has id, masked_key, key_prefix, key_suffix, status (active, grace or revoked), source, and created, updated, rotated, expiry and last-used timestamps with the last-used IP. Raw keys are not returned; the reveal endpoint, POST /api/v1/user/me/api-keys/{id}/reveal, retrieves one.
