Get a TMDB person

Returns a TMDB person by id: name, biography, birth date, photo URL and a filmography of movie and TV credits, most prominent first. limit caps the credits (default 10, max 20). Each credit has its type (movie or tv), id, title and uri. The biography may include a Wikipedia CC-BY-SA attribution note.
