List Oh Polly static pages

Lists Oh Polly's static pages, paged with page (default 1) and limit (default 50, max 250). Each page has its handle, title, URL, plain-text content and timestamps. In some responses transport_mode is ssr_embedded and items carry only handle, url and updated_at, so fetch a single page for its content.
