Lists the coins in one CoinGecko category, identified by the required slug such as stablecoins. Paged with page (default 1) and limit (default and max 100), priced in vs_currency. Each coin has rank, symbol, price, 1h to 30d changes, 24h volume, market cap and fully diluted valuation.
