Operator-verified MCP endpoint (?url=): a signed statement (crawlcheck-mcp-verification) for an endpoint whose operator holds a proven claim on its domain and has CrawlCheck monitor it - about every 15 minutes, initialize and tools/list, never a tool call. Carries the operator domain, monitored since, the last check (outcome, latency), 30-day availability with its 95% interval, the approved tool-list hash and any drift (tools added, removed or changed), the tool-poisoning scan and the auth audit findings. 404 (unsigned) when the endpoint is not monitored for a verified operator or its operator has not published it.
