Keep

Retain this job's images past the ordinary expiry, because the owner asked.

Opt-in and after the fact: the decision a person makes is "keep this result", and they can only make it once they have seen it. A kept copy is not deleted on the ordinary schedule; it stays until the owner removes it.

Idempotent. Asking twice returns the copies already made rather than making a second pair, so a double-clicked button costs nothing.
