Vote List
Returns the list of players who voted for the network this month, with their vote counts.
The list is refreshed periodically (every few hours) from the voting site. The fetchedAt field is the Unix timestamp (milliseconds) of when the list was last retrieved, so you can tell how fresh the data is.
