Remove vehicle

Moves the vehicle to the recycle bin. A vehicle that any appointment or appointment template uses, archived or not, can't be deleted. Hide it instead with an update that sets "inactive" to true and sends the required "model" and "license_plate" along. Appointments in the recycle bin don't count.
