Get User Agents Public

Public endpoint to get all agents assigned to a user. Returns full agent details including social media URLs.

This endpoint is designed for external services like upload-post API to query which agents a user has access to.

For enterprise users, optionally filter by product_id to get only agents assigned to a specific product.
