Self Serve Activate

Self-serve activation after survey completion (skip_demo=true flow only).

This endpoint:

  1. Validates skip_demo flag on the OnboardingData record
  2. Creates product (if not already created) — includes 10 placeholder videos, auto_schedule_settings, 10 queue entries, video orchestrator + enrich tasks
  3. Sets is_activated_by_admin = true + activated_by_admin_at = now() on user
  4. Enables auto_schedule_settings (so scheduler runs immediately)
  5. Sets onboarding current_step = 'completed'

After this call the frontend redirects to '/' where the user subscribes via Stripe. Flow B (demo flow) users are NOT allowed to call this endpoint.
