Trigger a stats refresh for a user's posted videos.

Requires header: x-agent-access-key Identify user via: email or user_id query param

Scrapes social media platforms for updated views/likes/comments, matches them to posted schedule queue entries, and updates the DB.

Supports choosing between 'scrapecreators' (faster, cheaper) or 'apify' providers.
