Board activity feed

What happened on the board, newest first: cards added, moved, archived, restored and deleted, priority and assignee changes, comments, and columns added, renamed and deleted. Entries for a deleted card stay, without a cardId. Entries are kept for 12 months. Page with before: pass the previous page's nextBefore until it comes back null.
