Update a room folder

Rename, move (parentId; "root" for the top level, cycle-guarded, duplicate-name-guarded on move), or restyle (icon/color, off-allowlist values ignored). Empty-string resets (parentId/icon/color) are MCP-only (update_room_folder) — this REST endpoint treats an empty string as an omitted field. Move failures return typed codes MOVE_CYCLE / MOVE_INVALID_PARENT / MOVE_DUPLICATE_NAME. Scope: datarooms:write.
