Seal a time capsule

Patients with the journey (403 otherwise, and until the free path is live). The message (1-2000 characters) is emailed on the chosen Rome date (today + 28 days to one year) and time. 422 with the Italian reason; 429 after 3 capsules in 24 hours, 409 with 10 waiting. The same capsule sent again within 10 minutes returns the one already sealed.
