What the app shows to the signed-in person

Assigns a never-paid patient account that the onboarding experiment does not count to the running experiment for existing accounts, the first time; staff accounts never. onboarding_enabled and free_path_live say whether the onboarding is on and the free path started; result_after_signup whether the result landing comes after the account.
