v2.post_purchase_sessions

Record an API v2 post-purchase decision (contract 2027-01-01: accept is a one-click purchase)

Under Cooud-Compat-Date 2027-01-01 (the store's stored version, frozen in the checkout session at creation), accept is a one-click purchase with the card saved by the main purchase. Accepts are added up and charged once: at the final decision of the sequence, or 15 minutes after the last decision if the buyer leaves. There is no public commit endpoint. Under 2026-11-01 and 2026-12-01 the endpoint only records the decision; payment and next_action are absent and nothing is charged.

Decision recorded. Under contract 2027-01-01 the response also carries payment and next_action. Repeating the same decision for the same offer returns the same decision with the current payment state.
